| 摘 要： | 电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸和肺大泡１３ 例, 均采用结扎法和假单孢菌苗作为胸膜粘连固定剂。通过术前宣教和心理护理及术后严密观察生命体征的变化, 保持呼吸道和引流管通畅等护理, １３ 例手术均获成功, 未发生严重的并发症。

| Abstract: | We have treated thirteen cases of spontaneous pneumothorax and bullae of lung by thoracoscope by ligation or pleura adhesor made with pseudo monosporosis Nursing points:education and psychological nursing before operation,observation of life sign after operation,clean respiratory tract and drainage duct,13 cases all sucessful with no serious complications |
