| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨洛伐他汀与依那普利治疗对慢性肾脏疾病的作用。方法:选择2002年1月~2006年2月门诊及住院的非糖尿病的58例慢性肾脏疾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,其中包括每天口服依那普利5mg,2次/d,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上每晚加服20mg洛伐他汀。比较两组治疗前及治疗后3、6个月的血糖、血压、尿蛋白定量(Upr)、血肌酐(Scr)等指标。结果:两组治疗后较治疗前Upr和Scr均明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组Upr和Scr下降比对照组明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:对于慢性肾脏疾病患者,ACEI与他汀类药物联用,可以更好地达到保护肾脏的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of combination of enalapril and lovastatin on the chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods: 58 patients with CKD were randomly divided into two groups,the controlled group received conventional therapy(including 5 microgram of enalapril,bid,PO),while the treated group was added orally 20 microgram of lovastatin every night.The blood glucose,blood pressure,Upr and Scr in the patients of two groups were compared before treatment and 3 and 6 months after treatment.Results:Upr and Scr decreased more significantly after therapy in both groups than that before(P<0.05).While they decreased more significantly in treated group than that in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: ACEI in combination with statin may show more protective effects for patients with chronic kidney disease. |
