火炮试验应激对军人心理和生理影响的研究

目的：探讨火炮试验应激时军人心理、免疫功能、乳酸脱氢酶的变化。方法：采用自身对照方法对１００名参试者进行ＳＣＬ－９０、ＥＰＱ测评。ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ、ｃ３、Ｃ４、ＬＤＨ测定，结果：火炮试验后与试验前比较，ＳＣＬ－９０总分和７个因子分增高，免疫指标降低，ＬＤＨ增高，ＥＰＱＩ则评中Ｐ、Ｎ分高者和首次参试者以及ＳＣＬ＝９０总分〉１６０分者的圾不同程度变化。结论：良好的心理素质、健全的人格及增强机体免

Effects of Artillery Testing Stress on Psychological and Physiological Health of Serviceman

Objective:to investigate changes of psychological status,immune function and blood LDH level of serviceman before and after an artillery test.Method:Self-control design was used to assess one hundred subjects by SCL-90 and EPQ.Their blood levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4and LDH were detected.Result:Total score and seven factorial scores of SCL-90 increased,blood level of immune molecular decreased and LDH increased after an artillery test.The laboratory results of serviceman,who scored higher on P and N sections of EPQ or total score of SCL-90 and who participated artillery test for the first time,changed significantly.Conclusion:fine psychological resource,healthy personality and physical immune function are important factors to enhance the ability of serviceman to cope with stress.
