银杏叶片治疗冠心病心绞痛33例疗效观察

目的:观察银杏叶片对冠心病心绞痛的影响.方法:将63例冠心病心绞痛患者按先分层再随机原则分为口服银杏叶片治疗组和丹参注射液对照组.结果:经10天治疗后,症状疗效:治疗组总有效率96.2%,对照组总有效率90%,两组比较无明显差异(P＞0.05);心电图疗效:治疗组总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率56.7%,两组比较有显著差异(P＜0.01).结论:银杏叶片和丹参注射液均能改善其心肌缺血症状,在心电图疗效方面优于对照组,提示银杏片对冠心病心绞痛有较好疗效.

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Ginkgo Leaf Tablet on 33 Cases Cardiac Angina Patients

Objective:To observe symptom and ECG changes after taking Ginkgo Leaf tablet.Method:According to delamination and random doctrine,63 cases of cardiac angina patients were divided into two groups,33 cases of treatment group with Ginkgo Leaf tablet for oral use and 30 cases of control group with dan-shen root parenteral solution.Result:after 10 days of treatment,on symptom effect,the general effective rate of treatment group was 96.2% and control group 56.7%,but there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).And on ECG effect,the general effective rate of treatment group was 87.5%,and control group 56.7%,which showed that treatment group was much better than control group on this effect (P<0.01).All these showed that Ginkgo Leaf tablet could improve the myocardial ischemia symptom,as well as dan-shen root parenteral solution,and the former was better than the latter group on ECG effect,which showed Ginkgo Leaf tablet was a more predominan Chinese patent medicine on treating cardiac angina than dan-shen root parenteral solution.
