北京市城市社区大肠癌筛查效果及问题分析

目的了解北京市试点社区大肠癌筛查的效果,对整个大肠癌筛查过程中所存在的问题进行分析,并提出改进的建议。方法选取北京市4个试点社区,按照不同的社区类型分为功能性社区和生活性社区,采取不同的模式开展大肠癌筛查,并对筛查中存在的问题进行分析。结果4个社区符合筛查条件的总人数为32010人,参与筛查的总人数为14978人,筛查率为46.79%;筛查缺失率为15.37%。结论北京市试点社区的大肠癌筛查效果基本令人满意,但筛查工作面临着组织困难,群众筛查依从性低的问题,需要我们在以后的工作中继续改进。

Effects of Colorectal Cancer Screening in Beijing Urban Community and Analysis of Problems

Objective To investigate the effects of the colorectal cancer screening in the experimental community of Beijing,trying to analyze the existing problems,and then put forward some improving proposals.Methods Four experimental communities selected in Beijing were divided into function community and life community according to the different community type.Different models were taken in carrying on colorectal cancer screening in these communities and then the existing problems were analyzed.Results The total number of population who are consistent with condition of the screening in the four communities were 32 010,of which 14978 people participated the screening.The total rate of screening participating was 46.79%,and lack rate of screening participating 15.37%Conclusion The effects of colorectal cancer screening in the experimental communities of Beijing are basically satisfying.However,there are still some organizational difficulties and problems of low compliance in the screening work that has to be improved in the future.
