摘    要:目的 建立恶性疟原虫免疫抑制多次部分换血猕猴模型方法 应用免疫抑制剂抑制动物体内的溶血反应采用多次部分换血的方法。结果 在此模型中,恶性疟原虫分别在猕猴体内存活21天以上,最高感染率分别为8.6%,10.6%和6.4%。在应用此模型进行的抗疟药杀虫试验中,猴服用蒿甲醚4h后,原虫感染率由4.6%迅速下降到0.5%;24h后,原虫消失。结论 恶性疟原虫可以在免疫抑制的多次部分换血猕猴模型中较好地生长

Abstract:Aim\ To build the multiple partial replacement transfusion monkey models for Plasmodium falciparum.Methods\ Using immunosuppressive drugs to inhibit hemolytic reaction in monkeys, and partial replacement transfused with human red cells. Results\ In the models, the parasites had survived for 21 days or over,the marimun infection rates were 8 6%,10 6% and 6 4%.In the test of antiperiodic drug, the infection rate was rapidly fell from 4 6% to 0 5% 4 hours after Artemetheri injection; after 24 hours, the parasites could not be found in the test monkey. Conclusion\ The Plasmodium falciparum could grow in the monkey models and the model could be used for the study on human malaria erythrocytic stages and the antiperiodic drug tests
