| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医保健推拿对亚健康状态的调治作用。方法将100例亚健康人群随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组运用中医保健推拿进行调治,对照组采用亚健康教育的方法进行心理疏导和行为干预,记录并比较2组调治前后亚健康躯体主要症状(疲劳感和失眠)记分及90-项症状自评量表各因子记分。结果观察组疲劳感和失眠及对照组的失眠症状记分与治疗前比较均有所改善,有显著性差异(P均0.01);治疗后观察组疲劳感和失眠症状积分与对照组比较有显著性差异(P均0.01)。2组均能改善亚健康状态90-项症状自评量表中的躯体化、抑郁和其他3个症状因子记分(P均0.01),但观察组人际敏感、焦虑、敌对、精神病性4个症状因子记分较治疗前均有改善(P均0.01)。结论中医保健推拿能改善亚健康人群的主要躯体与心理症状。 |
