罗哌卡因腰-硬联合阻滞麻醉用于剖宫产手术的I临床观察

目的：观察0．894％罗哌卡因用于剖宫产手术腰-硬联合阻滞麻醉的安全性和有效性。方法：选择择期剖宫产手术产妇80例，ASAⅠ一Ⅱ级，随机分成两组。每组40例，0．894％罗哌卡因为A组，0．75％布比卡因B组。结果：两组产妇均能提供较完善的麻醉。A组感觉阻滞起效时间和运动阻滞起效时间均比B组隧（P〈0．05），但不良反应明显低于B组。结论：0．894％罗哌卡因用于剖宫产手术腰-硬联合阻滞是安全的，其循环和呼吸系统稳定，未见严重的并发症，能达到较为完善的麻醉效果。

Clinical study on ropivacaine of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean delivery

Objective To assess the effect and safety of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with 0.894% ropivacaine in cesarean delivery. Method 80 ASA Ⅰ一Ⅱpatients undergoing cesarean surgery were recruited in the study and randomly divided into two groups （n=0 in each group）. After combined spinal-epidural anesthesia was proformed, group A, 0.894% ropivacaine were administered in the Subarachnoideale space; group B, 0.75% bupivacaine. Results Adequate anesthesia was obtained both the two groups. However, the effetive time of sensor5 and motor block in group A was significantly slower than group B （p 〈0.05）. And adverse effects in group A were significantly lower than group B （p〈0.05）. Conclusion It was safe and efficient when 0.89g% ropivacaine were applied in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean delivery. And it can provied respiration and hemodynamic stability, few complication and adequate anesthesia.
