| 摘 要： | 《内经》中明确指出了"治痿独取阳明"这一治疗法则,成为后世痿病治疗的重要指导原则,但不是唯一原则。后世各个朝代医家对痿的认识与阐述都不太一致,甚而大相径庭,其次关于痿的含义、分类、病因病机、辨证论治的认识相较内经时代有所继承,也有所发展、创新。结合现代康复医学对痿病的认识来阐述治痿独取阳明的局限性,从而来探讨治痿独取阳明理论的应用价值,对痿病的临床康复具有重要指导意义。
