| 摘 要： | 骨肉瘤是一种常见的、原发于骨髓腔的高度恶性肿瘤,其易发生肺部转移,预后不佳。如何实现对骨肉瘤预后的判断,对于该病的诊治具有积极的意义。就近3年国内外关于骨肉瘤预后与蛋白分子表达的研究做一综述,以探讨对骨肉瘤预后的判断。

| Abstract: | Osteosarcoma is a common high degree of malignancy that originating in the bone marrow cavity,and it is prone to lung metastasis and has poor prognosis.How to determine the prognosis of osteosarcoma,it is a positive meaning for treatment of the disease.We made a review on the prognosis of osteosarcoma and the expression of proteins at home and abroad in last three years in order to investigate the prognosis of osteosarcoma. |
