| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补土益水法治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:将60例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予补土益水颗粒剂,1袋,日2次口服,对照组予伤科接骨片,1袋(6片剂量)日2次口服,两组疗程均为1个月。比较两组患者1个月后疼痛缓解情况,每组碱性磷酸酶(ATP)、骨钙素(BGP)、尿吡啶林/尿肌酐治疗前后变化。结果:两组治疗的优良率无明显差异(P>0.05),两组骨形成指标血ALP、血BGP、尿吡啶林/尿肌酐治疗前后无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:补土益水法治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折效果满意,在调节骨代谢方面值得进一步研究。
