| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益气活血方对中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)高凝状态的作用。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组单纯采用最佳对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予口服中药益气活血方。主要观察两组外周血、出凝血时间、血流变、生存质量、出血、复发转移情况和中医辨证分型疗效。结果:治疗组在血象变化、生存质量改善、中医辨证分型疗效等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方能改善中晚期NSCLC患者的血液高凝状态,在一定程度上提高了患者的生活质量。
