| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乙型肝炎病毒B基因型亚型分布特征及其与临床病情的相关性.方法 采用巢式聚合酶链反应(nest PCR)扩增乙型肝炎病毒preC/C基因区DNA片段,用末端标记方法对PCR产物标记并直接测序,测序结果和GeneBank中登录的标准序列相比较.结果 35例B基因型乙肝病毒感染者均为Ba亚型,未发现Bj亚型.结论 江苏常州地区的B基因型乙肝病毒均为Ba亚型.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate epidemiological distribution of HBV genotypes and the relationship between sub- genotype and clinical situations of HBV infection.Methods Thirty - five HBV DNA - positive serum samples identified as genotype B by nested PCR with sequence analysis of S gene were chosen randomly,and their subgenotypes (Ba and Bj) were determinated by sequence analysis of preC/C gene,the results of sequence anatysis were compared to the sequence of Gene- bank.Results All the subgenotypes of thirty - five cases were HBV genotype Ba,and no subgenotype of Bj was found. Conclusion The predominant subgenotype of HBV in Jiangsu Changzhou is HBV genotype Ba. |
