无痛导尿在全麻病人恢复期不适反应及护理对策

目的 探讨无痛导尿在全麻病人恢复期的不适及护理对策.方法 采集2006年6～12月110例无痛导尿的全麻病人,对其麻醉恢复期因导尿管引起的躁动进行调查分析,制定护理对策,减少不良反应.结果 通过对110例接受无痛导尿的手术病人麻醉恢复期躁动的分析,其中对照组55例,躁动发生率为72%;干预组55例,躁动发生率为47%,两组间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 通过术前访视方式及麻醉诱导前与病人沟通,可不同程度降低病人恢复期躁动的发生率.

Patient's Uncomfortable Reaction to Painless Urethral Catheterization During the Recovery Period of General Anesthesia and Nursing Strategy

Objective Study of the uncomfortable reaction and nursing strategy forthe patients of painless urethral catheterization during the recovery period of general anesthesia. Methods From January to December 2006, we recruited 110 patients of painless urethral catheterization undergoing general anesthesia. Investigation and analysis of the restlessness caused by urethral catheterization during anesthetic recovery period had been conducted. Nursing strategies were established and adverse reactions were reduced. Results Analysing the 110 patients of painless urethral catheterization undergoing general anesthesia , the control group included 55 cases and the intervene group included 55 cases. We found that the incidence of the control group was 72% and the intervene group was 47% , the difference between the two groups was statistic significance.Conclusion The incidence of restlessness can be reduced in various degrees by the manner of preoperative interview and communication with patient before anesthetic induction.
