润肠通便法治疗中风恢复期便秘的临床研究

目的:探讨润肠通便法治疗中风恢复期便秘的临床疗效。方法:89例中风恢复期便秘患者随机分为两组,对照组45例给予莫沙必利等西药治疗,治疗组44例在对照组的基础上配合润肠通便法治疗,两组均以1周为一疗程,3个疗程后对比临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.18%,明显高于对照组71.11%(P0.01);治疗组不良反应发生率2.27%明显低于对照组17.78%(P0.05)。结论:润肠通便法治疗中风恢复期便秘安全可靠,临床疗效确切,不良反应发生率低。

Clinical investigation of treating stroke recovery constipation by Runchang Tongbian method

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Runchang Tongbian method on treating stroke recovery constipation.Methods: 89 cases of stroke recovery in patients with constipation were randomly divided into two groups,control group(n = 45) was treated with mosapride,treatment group(n = 44) were given the Runchang Tongbian method on the basis of the treatment in control group,one week as a course in the two groups,after three courses,to contrast the clinical efficacy and adverse events.Results: The total efficiency of the treatment group(93.18%) was significantly higher than that of the control(71.11%)(P<0.01);the incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group(2.27%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(17.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion: Runchang Tongbian method is safe and reliable totreat stroke recovery constipation,the clinical efficacy of it is exact,the rate of adverse reactions is low.
