奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶/亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌临床疗效观察

目的观察奥沙利铂联合 5 氟尿嘧啶 /亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌临床疗效及毒副反应。方法将 4 6例晚期胃癌患者随机分成奥沙利铂 +5 氟尿嘧啶 +亚叶酸钙方案组 (治疗组 2 3例 )与顺铂 +5 氟尿嘧啶 +亚叶酸钙方案组 (对照组 2 3例 ) ,观察临床疗效及毒副反应。结果治疗组 2 3例近期有效率 5 6 5 % (13/ 2 3) ,对照组 2 3例近期有效率为 4 3 8% (10 / 2 3)治疗组高于对照组 ,两组差异无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。治疗组 1年生存率及中位生存期优于对照组 ,但也无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 )。消化道反应治疗组低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论治疗组近期疗效优于对照组 ,且消化道反应明显低于对照组 ,值得进一步临床观察研究。

The clinical effect observation of Oxaliplatin combination with 5-Fluoroucil/Folinc Acid Therapy in Advanced Gastric Cancer cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and toxicity and adverse of Oxaliplatin in combination with 5-Fluoroucil/Folinc Acid therapy in advanced gastric cancer. Methodforty-six patients were divided into two groups:Dxaliplatin/5-fluoroucil/folinc Acid group and cisplain/5-Fluoroucil/Folinc Acid group (control group) at random. Result The recent utility rate of therapy group is 56.5% (13/23) , which is higher than control group 43.8% ( 10/23 ) ,but they are no difference (p>0.05) .One year and median survival rate in therapy group is higher than in control group (p<0.05) . The effect of digestive tract in therapy group is lower than in control group (p<0.05) . Conclusion The recent effect of therapy group is better than of control group, and the effect of digestive tract is obviously lower than in control group, which is more worth observing.
