溶菌酶的结构与功能

摘    要:本文讨论了溶菌酶的基本结构及其三维空间结构,从它的结构特点阐述其溶解细菌作用的机理。溶菌酶是第一个结构弄清楚的酶,其一级结构为129个氨基酸残基组成的单一多肽链。它经盘绕折叠形成二级及三级结构,使得此酶具有一个椭球形的外形,其上的裂隙是该酶的活性部位。当底物(细菌细胞壁)结合在此处时,细菌即被溶解,说明了酶的功能是由其结构决定的,在临床上可测定血及尿中此酶含量协助诊断白血病,并可用它来治疗一些疾病。

Abstract:The primary and three dimensinal structure of lysozyme was described. The mechanism of bacteriolysis was investigated from its structural feature. The enzyme consists of a single polypeptide chain with 129 ami-noacid residuses. The polypeptide chain can be folded into a-helical and pleated sheet regions which are termed the secondary structure, forms tertiary structure. Lysozyme is an ellipse globular shape molecule. There is a cleft between two halves of the molecule, which is the active side of lysozyme. The enzyme attaches itself lo the bacteria cell wall. ]t is suggested that the function of lysozyme is decided by its structure, and the content of lysozyme in blood and urea can be determind. It will help, to make a diagnosis of leukemia in clinical practice.
