多层螺旋CT对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值

目的探讨多层螺旋CT对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法收集经手术病理证实的36例急性阑尾炎，且均做过CT检查，对其CT征象进行分析和研究。结果21例显示阑尾肿大（如阑尾增粗，管壁增厚，阑尾腔内积液，阑尾腔内结石）；27例显示阑尾周围炎性改变（如周围脂肪条纹增厚，阑尾周围炎性肿块，腹腔少量积液，右侧侧锥筋膜增厚，腰大肌前缘模糊，右侧肾周筋膜增厚，回盲部淋巴结肿大，腔外气体，腔外结石）；27例显示盲肠改变（如局限性盲肠壁增厚）；4例显示胸腔积液。结论直接CT征象结合间接CT征象对急性阑尾炎的诊断有独到之处。

The value of MSCT in treatment of acute appendicitis

Objective To study the diagnosis value of MSCT on actue appendicitis. Methods The date of 36 acute appendicitis which had the pathological confirmation and CT examination were analysed.Results 21 cases presented appendix intumescence (appendix volume augumentation,tubal wall thickening,hydroappendix,appendicular lithiasis);27cases presented periappendicitis(the periappendicular fat stripe thickening,phlogistic lump,little seroperitoneum,the right cone-fascia thickening,the edge of major psoas muscle obfuscation,the right perirennal fascia thickening,lymphadenectasis of ileocecal junction,the periappendicular gas and stone);27cases presented the change of bind gut(the local tubal wall thickening of the blind gut);4cases presented pleural effusion. Conclusion The direct and indirect signs of CT is especial and valuable for diagnosis of the acute appendicitis.
