无C型臂条件下用迪克钉治疗胸腰椎骨折125例

目的　探讨无C型臂条件下用迪克钉治疗胸腰椎骨折的可行性。方法　通过对术前、术中X线片分析 ,来确定伤椎、向头或尾侧倾斜度、定位椎弓根、恢复脊柱高度所需迪克棒撑开的距离。结果　所有手术均成功。结论　术中拍片是手术定位及完全复位最有效的方法。了解迪克钉复位及固定原理 ,掌握正确安置方法是手术成功的关键。

Treatment of 125 Cases with Fractures of the Thoracic-lumbar with Dickscrew Without C-arm

Objective In order to study the possibility of treatment of fractures of the thoracic lumbar with dick screw without C arm. Method By the analysis of X ray film of pre operation and operation, to give harm spine and deflecting angle of dick screw for head or foot, orientating pedicle of vertebral arch, enlonging distance of dick rod for restoring spine height. Result success for all cases. Conclusion Taking X ray film is an effective way of operation orientation and total reductions. It is the key to operation success to understand theory of dick screw fixation and reduction and to grasp operational way of dick screw properly.
