手术室护理教学中实施整体护理研究

目的把整体护理引入护生实习中,以提高手术室护理教学质量。方法对2001-2005年护理大专手术室实习护生加强系统化整体护理理论教学与临床实践的指导、考核与评估。结果护生整体护理意识普遍加强,初步具备开展手术室临床整体护理工作的能力,病人对手术室护理工作的满意度提高。结论努力推行整体护理教学是适应医学护理教育改革的必然。

Research on the effect of holistic nursing on nursing teaching at the operation room

Objective To explore the effect of introducing the holistic nursing into the practice of nursing students so as to improving the quality of nursing teaching at the operation room.Methods Theory and teaching practice about holistic nursing, and the guidance, qualification and appraisal for clinical practice teaching among the nursing students at the operation room were strengthened from September of 2001 to December of 2005. Results It was showed that by practicing the holistic nursing, the holistic nursing consciousness of students were greatly improved, nursing students had preliminary ability to practice the clinical holistic nursing at the operation room, and that the satisfaction degree of patients to tending and protection in the operation room improved. Conclusions These results indicate that it is necessary to carry out the holistic nursing teaching for adapting the innovation of medical nursing education.
