无细胞与全菌体百白破疫苗免疫接种反应对比观察

目的　比较无细胞百白破疫苗 (ADPT)和全菌体百白破疫苗 (WPDT)的接种反应差异。　方法　对满 3个月以上的儿童分别按家长意愿接种其中一种疫苗 ,接种后 6h、 2 4h、 4 8h分别观察全身反应和局部反应 ,并进行对比分析。结果　APDT接种反应 (5 93% )比WPDT(38 34% )显著降低、减轻 ;接种WPDT的发热、红肿、硬结发生率分别为 11 4 7%、 19 89%、 16 10 % ,而接种APDT的发生率分别为 3 33%、 3 4 3%、 1 0 4 % ;APDT的反应强度 (4 4 7% )明显低于WPDT(35 99% ) ,但APDT和WPDT一样仍具有接种针次增加反应率逐步增高的特性 ;2种疫苗都显示2 4h的反应率最高 ,未发现无菌性化脓。结论　APDT在全身反应和局部反应上均低于WPDT。

On the Side-Effect of Adsorhed Diphtheria,Tetanus Acellular Pertussis Combined Vaccine and Adsorbed Diphtheria Pertussis Tetanus Combined Vaccine

Objective To observe the difference of the side-effect between Diphtheria, Tetanus and acellular Pertussis combined vaccine, Adsorbed (APDT)and Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis combined vaccine, Adsorbed (WDPT). Method The total of 1 317 infants inoculated with vaccine ADPT and 961 infants aged more than 3 months inoculated with vaccine ADPT were investigated. The body part adverse reactions and whole body adverse reactions after being inoculated 6h, 24h and 48h were observed. Result The rates of side effect were 5.93% (APDT) and 38.34% (WPDT) respectively. The occurrence rate of fever, swell and nodule among those who accepted ADPT were 3.33%, 3.43%,and 1.04% respectively, but the rate among those who accepted ADPT were 11.47%, 19.89%,and 16.10% respectively. The supplementary immunization of both vaccines had enhanced the side effect with the times increased. The side-effects often occur within 24h after immunization. No one had any severe system reaction after immunization. Conclusion Mild body part and whole body adverse events and serious adverse events occurred less frequently among infants vaccinated with ADPT than that among those vaccinated with WPDT.
