| 摘 要： | 目的：评价16层螺旋CT在胃癌诊断及术前TNM分期的价值。方法：以45例经手术病理证实的胃癌患者为研究对象，术前1周内均采用16层螺旋CT平扫和三期增强扫描，随后薄层重建，采用容积再现法（VR）、多平面容积重建法（MPVR）、表面遮盖显示（SSO）、仿真内镜（CTVG）、多平面重建（MPR），与术后病理对照，评价16层螺旋CT在胃癌诊断及术前TNM分期的价值。结果：16层螺旋CT对胃癌T分期、N分期、M分期的准确率分别为77．78％、80．00％、97.78％，对胃癌TNM总准确率为85．19％。结论：利用16层螺旋CT平扫、三期增强扫描及多种重建技术，能较全面、准确地进行胃癌病灶的诊断和TNN分期，有利于临床选择合理的手术切除范围、手术方式和制定综合治疗方案。
