419例药品不良反应报告分析

目的 了解我院药品不良反应( ADR)发生的特点和一般规律,促进临床合理用药.方法 采取回顾性研究方法,对我院2007～2009年收集的419例ADR报告分别从患者性别、年龄、药品种类、给药途径、累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行统计、分析.结果 419例ADR中,抗感染药物占53.70％,中药制剂占15.27％.静脉给药引发的ADR最多,占76.37％；以皮肤及其附件损害最多,占37.09％.ADR多发于60岁以上人群.结论 应重视ADR的监测和上报工作,规范临床合理用药,保证患者用药安全.

ADR Case Reports :Analysis of 419 Cases

Objective To study the characteristics and regular pattern of afverse drug reactions(ADR) occurred in our hospital so as to promote rational clinical drug us.Methods By a retrospective study,a total of 419 ADR cases collected from 2007 to 2009 in our hospital were analyzed in respect of patients’ age and sex,drug varieties,route of administration,organs or system involved and the clinical manifestation,etc.Results In the 419 ADR cases,53.70% were induced by antibacterial drugs,15.27% by the Chinese medicine.76.37% were induced intravenously,37.09% manifested as lesions of skin and its appendants.The ADRs were more often seen in patients aged above 60 years.Conclusion Importance shoud be attached to the reporting and monitoring of ADR in the clinic to standardize clinical rational drug use and ensure medication safety.
