奥扎格雷联合低分子肝素钠治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察奥扎格雷钠与低分子肝素钠联合治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择急性进展性脑梗死病人60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组(各30例)。对照组采用临床常规治疗(脱水降颅压、降低血黏度、清除自由基、神经营养药物、钙离子拮抗剂)。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用奥扎格雷钠80mg,静脉输注,每天2次,连用14d;低分子肝素钠5 000IU皮下注射,每天2次,连用14d。根据美国国立卫生院(NIHSS)评分、神经功能缺损评分(NDS)及日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分标准,对神经功能缺损程度进行评价。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为53.33%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组病人治疗后NIHSS、NDS及ADL评分均优于治疗前,且治疗组评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素治疗进展性脑梗死,可明显改善病人神经功能缺损。

Clinical Observation on Ozagrel Combined with Low Molecular Heparin in Treatment of Progressive Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the effects of Ozagrel combined with low molecular heparin in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.Control group(n=30) treated by routine treatment(dehydration of decreasing intracranial pressure,blood viscosity,scavenging free radicals,neurotrophic drugs,calcium antagonists),treatment group(n=30) treated by routine treatment plus Ozagrel combined with low molecular heparin for 14 days.The degree of neural function defect were evaluated by the United States of America NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score,neural function defect score(NDS) and activities of daily living(ADL).Results The total clinical effective rate was 90.00% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group(53.33%,P<0.05).The scores of NDS,NIHSS,ADL in treatment group were significantly better after treatment,which was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozagrel combined with low molecular heparin can improve the nerve function defect in patients with progressive cerebral infarction.
