门诊药房绩效管理改革的实践体会

摘    要:目的 构建门诊药房的绩效管理改革体系.方法 制订量化的绩效考核标准,建立绩效考核与个人奖惩相结合的绩效考核方法,加强绩效反馈.结果 通过实施绩效管理,明显提高了门诊药房的工作效率和工作质量,明显减少了患者候药时间,明显提高了患者的满意度.结论 门诊药房绩效管理改革具有必要性和可行性.

Abstract:Objective To establish the performance management reform system of outpatient pharmacy.Methods Developing quantitative standard of performance evaluation,establishing performance stimulate methods by performance evaluation combined with individual incentive,and strengthening the performance feedback.Results Through the implementation of performance management,improve the work efficiency and quality obviously,as a result,patient waiting time was reduced and patient satisfaction rate was improved.Conclusion The performance management reform of outpatient pharmacy is necessary and feasible.
