| 摘 要： | 功能性消化不良（FD）和慢性胃炎的症状和治疗方法相似,容易造成临床医师在概念上的混淆,给规范化诊治带来了一定的影响。本文从FD和慢性胃炎的概念差异、临床意义及其处理以及具体的治疗方法和随访等方面加以阐述,希望对临床规范诊治FD和慢性胃炎有所裨益。

| Abstract: | The similarity of symptoms and treatment strategies between functional dyspepsia(FD) and chronic gastritis may lead to confusion in the concepts of these two diseases.It may cause misleading in diagnosis and clinical management.This review focused on the differences in concepts,clinical significance and management,as well as treatment and follow-up strategies between FD and chronic gastritis for improving the clinical standardization of these two diseases. |
