新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清细胞因子测定及意义

目的探讨白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）中的动态变化及临床意义。方法采用ELISA方法测定58例患儿及30例正常新生儿血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的水平。结果 HIE组血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平,均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;中度组血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α均显著高于轻度组（P〈0.01）,重度组血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α均显著高于中度组（P〈0.05）。结论 HIE患儿血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α在HIE发病机制中起一定作用,其水平的升高与该病严重程度有关。

Study on the clinical significance of cytokines in newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

Objective:To explore the dynamic changes and clinical significance of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods: Serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α of newborns with HIE and normal controls were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results: Serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α of newborns with HIE were significantly higher than those of normal controls respectively(P<0.01).Serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α of newborns with moderate HIE were higher significantly than those of newborns with mild HIE(P<0.01).Serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α of newborns with severe HIE were higher significantly than those of newborns with moderate HIE(P<0.05).Conclusion: IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α may play an important role in the pathogenesis of neonatal HIE,the serum levels of them are related to the severity of HIE.
