白山市2008-2010年疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

目的分析白山市2008-2010年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI),了解疑似异常反应的发生频率,评价疫苗接种的安全性。方法对本市《疑似预防接种异常反应监测报告系统》的数据进行分析。结果本市共开展15种疫苗接种工作,AEFI监测系统共报告78例AEFI,其中一般反应57例,占73.08%;异常反应18例,占23.08%;偶合症3例,占3.84%。AEFI报告中百白破、麻疹疫苗发生率较高,占71.79%。AEFI报告发生率为13.19/10万剂,AEFI报告的完整率为100.00%,48 h及时报告率为91.03%,48 h及时调查率为96.15%。结论不断提高AEFI监测报告系统敏感性,选用安全高效的疫苗,严格掌握禁忌症,实行预防规范化操作,才能保证预防接种的安全实施。

Surveillance of suspected adverse events following immunization in Baishan city 2008-2010

Objective To analyze suspected adverse events following immunization(AEFI)in Baishan city from 2008 to 2010,understand frequency of AEFI and provide the evidence for the safety of vaccination.Methods The data was analyzed from AEFI Monitoring Report System in Baishan city.Results 78 cases of AEFI were reported related to 15 kinds of vaccines in AEFI monitoring system of Baishan city,including 57 general events(73.08%),18 abnormal events(23.08%),3 coincident cases(3.84%).incident rates of DTP and MV were higher in AEFI report,occupying 71.79%.Incidence of AEFI report was 1.319 per million doses,the integrity rate of AEFI report was 100%,prompt report and investigating rates in 48 hours were 91.03% and 96.15%.Conclusion The sensitivity of the AEFI monitoring report system should be continuously improved,and security and efficiency of vaccine should be chosen at the same time.Standardized operations are carried out strictly to ensure the safety of preventive inoculation.
