健康教育对大学生行为影响的效果分析

目的本文重点论述高校健康教育与大学生行为的关系,并对承德市4所高校大学生进行为期4年的健康教育效果分析。方法随机抽取4所高校4550名大学生,进行问卷调查,对大学生的吸烟、酗酒、性行为、用眼习惯、焦虑和人际关系和谐等行为进行健康教育。结果通过健康教育,大学生的吸烟率、酗酒率、性行为的发生率、焦虑等行为都有所下降,视力下降率继续增加,人际关系和谐、发生性行为的保护性措施和AIDS传播途径的掌握有所增强。结论健康教育对大学生的行为具有重要的作用。

The Analysis of Effect Health Education Impact on the College Students Behaviors

Objective The thesis analyzed relations of effect between the health education and the students behaviors in the colleges, to make an appraisal of effect the students behaviors among four years health education on four colleges in Chengde city. Method We have investigated and educated 4550 students such as smoking, drinking, sex behaviors, the habit of using eyes, the behaviors of anxiety and harmonious relationships in four colleges. Results By health education to the students in the colleges, the percentages of smoking, drinking, sex behaviors, the habits of using eyes and the behaviors of anxiety have been reduced, but the percentages of poor eyesight problems, harmonious relationships, the protection of sex behaviors and the mastering of AIDS route of transmission have been increased. Conclusions Health education play an important role to the students behaviors in the colleges.
