| 摘 要： | 对64例哮喘缓解期儿童进行了常规肺功能测定。同时查甲襞微循环,血清总IgE,末稍血嗜酸、嗜碱细胞绝对值计数。结果表明:51例患儿(79.9%)有至少一项以上肺功能异常;大部分患儿甲襞微循环有异常,且异常程度与最大呼气流速(PEFR％)呈明显负相关;血清总IgE、末梢血嗜酸、嗜碱细泡绝对值计数明显提高。而且嗜碱细胞绝对值计数与1秒钟用力肺活量(FEV_(1.0)％)呈明显负相关。说明大多数哮喘缓解期病儿仍存在不同程度的气道阻塞。

| Abstract: | A battery of pulmonary functional tests including YC, MVV, FEV 1.0%, MMEF and PEFR were performed in addition to peripheral blood eosinophils and basophiis counts,serum total IgE and changes of micro-circulation of nail fold, in 64 convalescent asthmatic children. The results were as follows; 51 cases (79.7%) gave abnormal results in at least one of the tests; most of them had abnormal mocro-circulation. The degree of abnormality ran in parallel with the predicted percentage of PEFR; serum total IgE, peripheral eosinophils and basophiis were elevated in patients. There was a positive correlation between the percentages of FEV 1.0 /FVC and the blood basophil count. |
