| 摘 要： | 对156名上消化道出血病人,根据性别、年龄及出血量随机分成法莫替丁试验组(20mg,静注,每日两次)和西米替丁对照组(400mg,静注,每日两次)。用药后三天内的显效率法莫替丁为65.4％,西米替丁为26.9％;用药后五天内总有效率分别为97.4％及84.6％,无论三天内的显效率还是五天内的总有效率法莫替丁组均高于西米替丁组。

| Abstract: | 156 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups: famotidine group and cimetidine group. 78 were treated with famotidine (20mg intravenously bid) and 78 with cimetidine (400mg intravenously bid) for a period of 5 days. The hemostatic rate of the former group was 65.4% by 3 days and 97.4% by 5 days, whereas that of the latter group was 26.90% and 84.6% respectively. No adverse effects were noted that famotidine is more effective in halting bleeding than cimetidine in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. |
