| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以运动针疗法为主配合手法治疗中风后遗症偏瘫的疗效。方法 128例中风后遗偏瘫患者,运用运动针疗法为主,配合手法治疗,每天治疗一次,每5天为一疗程,疗程间休息2天。观察治疗8个疗程后患者日常生活自理能力以及偏瘫疗效情况。同时与常规针刺疗法进行比较。结果经过8个疗程治疗后,治疗组总有效率达96.9%,对照组总有效率为73.3%。治疗组在日常生活能力Barthel指数评分提升上优于对照组,且有显著性差异。结论运动针疗法配合手法治疗对中风偏瘫疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a new treatment of hemiplegic patients. Methods 128 cases of hemiplegic patients, treated mainly by movement acupuncture therapy, combined with manipulation, were observed after 8 weeks. The effect were compared with common needle therapy. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment group gained a total effective rate of 96.9%. The contrast group gained a total effective rate of 73.3%. Conclusion Movement needle therapy has markedly effect on hemiplegie patients. |
