新生儿的疼痛护理干预

目的探讨疼痛护理干预在新生儿护理中的临床应用效果。方法对2013年3月²014年3月收治的136例新生儿,随机进行分组,分为对照组和实验组各68例。其中对照组仅给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上给予疼痛护理干预。应用面部编码评分系统(NFCS)进行评分,观察比较两组新生儿疼痛刺激1、5和60 min的疼痛程度。结果实验组疼痛刺激1、5 min后,轻度疼痛比例明显高于对照组,中重度疼痛比例明显低于对照组,疼痛刺激60 min后无疼痛比例明显高于对照组,轻中度疼痛比例明显低于对照组新生儿,各时间段疼痛护理干预均有效降低新生儿疼痛程度,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论疼痛护理干预可明显缓解新生儿疼痛反应,大大降低新生儿疼痛程度及不良反应发生,在新生儿护理中具有十分重要的临床意义,值得推广应用。

NURISNG INTERVENTION OF PAINS OF NEONATAL PAINS

Objective To study the effect of pain nursing intervention on newborn care. Methods 136 cases of newborns in our hospital during March 2013 to March 2014 were randomly grouped into control and experimental groups,68 cases in each group. The control group received routine neonatal care,while pain care was given to the experimental group besides routine nursing intervention. The facial coding scoring system（ NFCS） was used to investigate the pain levels,subject to pains at mins 1,5 and 60 mins in both groups and the two groups were observed and compared in terms of neonatal pain degree at the time points. Results When subject to pain stimulation at the first and the fifth minutes,the rate of mild pain in the experimental group was significantly higher,the rate of moderate or severe pain was significantly lower than in the control group. At minute 60,the rate of no pain in the experimental group was significantly higher and the rate of mild to moderate pain was significantly lower than that of the control group. The pain nursing interventions all significantly reduced the pain level at every time point（ p〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of pain nursing intervention may effectively relieves newborn pain reaction,reduce neonatal pain degree and lower adverse reactions. It has very important clinical significance in neonatal care.
