连续性静脉-静脉血液透析中枸橼酸钠抗凝联合改良透析液配方的应用分析

摘    要:目的对应用枸橼酸钠抗凝联合改良透析液配方对接受血液透析治疗的患者实施连续性静脉-静脉血液透析的临床效果进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的接受血液透析治疗的患者84例,根据随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组各42例。采用常规抗凝联合透析液对对照组患者实施连续性静脉-静脉血液透析治疗;采用枸橼酸钠抗凝联合改良透析液配方对治疗组患者实施连续性静脉-静脉血液透析治疗。结果治疗组患者血液透析治疗时长明显短于对照组;滤器使用时间明显长于对照组;连续血液透析治疗效果明显优于对照组;出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组。结论应用枸橼酸钠抗凝联合改良透析液配方方式对接受血液透析治疗的患者实施连续性静脉-静脉血液透析的临床效果非常明显。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of hemodialysis the application of combined dialysate sodium citrate anticoagulation formula improved way to implement continuity in patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment vein. Methods 84 patients of the hemodialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,were randomly divided into a control group and observation group 42 cases. Combined with conventional dialysate way anticoagulant control group for patients with continuous veno- venous hemodialysis; joint use of sodium citrate dialysate formulations for the treatment of patients improved ways to implement continuous veno- venous hemodialysis treatment. Results Patients on hemodialysis treatment group was significantly shorter time to implement the control group; filter usage time was significantly longer than the control group; continuous hemodialysis treatment was significantly better than the control group; the number of adverse reactions was significantly less than the control group. Conclusion Sodium citrate dialysate formulations improved joint approach for patients undergoing hemodialysis implement continuous veno- venous hemodialysis clinical effect is very obvious.
