协同护理模式对糖尿病合并真菌性角膜炎患者角膜内皮细胞的影响

目的探讨协同护理模式对糖尿病合并真菌性角膜炎患者角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法选择糖尿病合并真菌性角膜炎患者41例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组21例和对照组20例。观察组实施协同护理模式,对照组实施常规护理。比较干预后两组患者的治疗效果及角膜内皮细胞的变化。结果干预后,观察组的治疗效果、角膜内皮细胞的变化及最佳矫正视力情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论应用协同护理模式能够显著减少角膜内皮细胞的损伤,有利于患者的早日康复。

THE INFLUENCE OF COLLABORATIVE NURSING ON THE ENDOTHELIAL CELLS OF CORNEA IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES AND FUNGAL KERATITIS

Objective To explore the influence of collaborative nursing on the endothelial cells of cornea in patients with diabetes and fungal keratitis. Methods According to the random number table, we divided 41 patients with diabetes and fungal keratitis into the observation group （21 patients） and the control group （20 patients）. The observation group was accepted collaborative nursing while the control group was accepted common nursing. After in- tervention, we compared the two groups in terms of treatment effect, changes in the endothelial cells of cornea and the best correct vision. Results After intervention, treatment effect, changes in the endothelial cells of cornea and the best correct vision were better in the observation group than in the control group, and these differences were signifi- cant （p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The appliance of collaborative nursing can obviously reduce the damage to the endo- thelial cells of cornea and help patients recover.
