| 摘 要： | 利用病历复印申请登记本,对我院2013年1月12月7 920份病历复印情况进行统计分析,了解我院病历复印的原因与目的,从而进一步加强病历质量的监管,加强病案归档管理,严把病历复印审核,规范病历复印流程,为患者及社会提供更优质的医疗服务。

| Abstract: | By registration of a copy of the medical records, we analysis 7920 medical records copying case in Our hospital in January - Decembe 2013, and find out the reason and purpose that Copy hospital medical records, so as to further strengthen the supervision of the quality of medical records. We strengthen the medical record archive management, and Standardize medical audit Photocopying Standardized medical record copying process, and Provide better care for patients and society. |
