HPLC法测定去痛片中四种成分的含量

目的:建立一种用HPLC法测定去痛片四种成分含量的方法.方法:采用C18柱,以0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值为7.3±0.1.)-甲醇(60:40)为流动相,检测波长215nm,流速为1.0ml/min.结果:样品中四种成分完全分离且线性关系良好,氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因和苯巴比妥的加样回收率分别为98.9%、99.9%、99.6%和99.8%(n=9).结论:本法操作简单,结果准确,可以有效地控制质量.

Determination of Four Components in Qutong Tablets by HPLC

Objective: To establish a method for determining the components in Qutong Tablets by HPLC.Methods: Using C₁₈ column,0.05mol/L potassium dihydro potassium phosphate solution (adjusted pH to 7.3±0.1 by triethylamine)-methanol(60:40) as mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0ml/min,wavelength of detector was 215nm.Results: Four components were completely separated and determined.The average recoveries (n=9) were 98.9% for aminopyrine,99.9% for phenacetin,99.6% for caffeine and 99.8% for phenobarbital.Conclusions: This method is simple and convenient in operation.It is accurate and very suit able for the quality control.
