| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无抽搐电休克治疗以难治性精神分裂症为主的住院病人的效果及相关问题。方法将我院2008年1月～2009年8月接受无抽搐电休克治疗的74例精神分裂症病人的临床资料进行分析。结果总有效率为78.38%,显效率为28.38%。结论无抽搐电休克治疗对精神分裂症有效,尤其是对抗精神病药效果欠佳的难治性精神分裂症仍然有较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect of modified electric convulsive therapy for schizophrenia and to analyze the related problems in the treatment.Methods An analysis was made to the clinical data of 74 hospitalized cases with schizophrenia having had modified electric convulsive therapy from January,2008 to August,2009.Results The total effective rate reached 78.38% while the effectual rate was 28.38%.Conclusions Modified electric convulsive therapy is effective for cases with schizophrenia,even more effective for those refractory cases with weak response to antipsychotic. |
