针刺加颈椎矫正治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

目的观察针刺加颈椎矫正治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法治疗组50例与对照组50例,观察治疗前后临床症状及X线颈椎片的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率98%,对照组总有效率78%,治疗前后X线摄片对照观察,治疗组颈椎结构改善的总积分值均数（3.85）明显高于针刺组（1.96）,针刺加颈椎矫正术对改善症状及颈椎结构有显著疗效,在效果及颈椎结构的改善上分别优于单纯针刺（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论针刺加颈椎矫正治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效优于单纯针刺。

Clinical Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Cervical Spinal Correction in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopathy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus cervical spinal correction in treating cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy. Methods Treatment and control groups were separately composed of 50 patients. Pre-post-treatment changes in the clinical symptoms and cervical spine X-rays were examined. Results The total efficacy rate was 98% in the treatment group and 78% in the control group. Pre-post-treatment comparative observation of X-rays showed that the mean score of improvements in the structure of cervical spine was 3.85 in the treatment group. The score was significantly higher than that （1.96） in the control group. Acupuncture plus cervical spinal correction had a marked improving effect on the symptoms and the structure of cervical spine. Its therapeutic effect and improving effect on the structure of cervical spine were better than those of simple acupuncture,respectively （P0.05,P0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus cervical spinal correction is more effective than simple acupuncture in treating cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy.
