摘    要:目的研究蒸汽发生器中功率匹配与水汽分离的关键技术,设计、研制了蒸汽发生器装置,并对其进行试验、研究与讨论。方法通过对固态胺解吸过程进行热力学分析与实验,掌握解吸能量的分配规律,实现对设计功率大小的确定。利用表面张力的作用,研制了陶瓷芯体,实现水、汽分离,并根据总的要求设计了蒸汽发生器。结果实验证明所设计的蒸汽发生器满足了系统的要求,有效地实现了水、汽分离并与系统功率的匹配合适。结论研究的结果与方案正确,在实际的应用中切实可行。

Abstract:Objective. To solve the key problems of power matching between process of CO2 steam desorption and process of steam generation, as well as water/vapor separation. Method. Solid amine desorption process was studied by thermodynamic analysis and experiments. The distribution rule of desorption energy was found out and then the power consumption of steam generator was decided. Ceramic insert was designed to separate water and vapor making use of surface tension. Finally, the steam generator was designed on system requirements. Result. Experiments proved that the steam generator can satisfy the demand of the system as well as successfully separate water and vapor, in addition, the selected power is suitable. Conclusion. The design on steam generator was right and practicable.
