| 摘 要： | 目的总结中药复方补肾定眩汤对椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的治疗作用。方法将120例病人随机分为两组,治疗组60例,服用补肾定眩汤;对照组60例,服用盐酸氟桂利嗪(西比灵)。治疗6周,观察治疗前后病人的症状、体征,经颅多普勒(TCD)监测各项指标结果。结果治疗后两组症状疗效比较及TCD各项指标的改善有明显差异,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾定眩汤治疗VBI疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect and pathogenesis of Bushending xuantang for vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI). Methods One hundred and twenty patients (pts) with VBI were divided into two groups randomly: Test group (60 pts) and control group (60 pts). Blood flow rate were measured and the levels were compared pre- and post-treatment. Results Following the treatment the symptoms and blood flow rate were greatly improved. The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushendingxuantang was effective for VBI. |
