螺旋CT三维重建解体膝关节保留胫骨在平台骨折中的应用

目的 探讨螺旋CT三维重建解体膝关节保留胫骨在平台骨折中的应用价值。方法 收集25例胫骨平台骨折患者,应用螺旋CT扫描膝关节获得原始轴位图像,在工作站通过关节解体技术去掉股骨、髌骨,然后在对胫骨平台采用表面遮盖法（SSD）和容积漫游技术（VRT）三维重建。结果 螺旋CT解体膝关节保留胫骨三维重建图像能直观显示平台骨折的全貌及平台劈裂和塌陷程度。结论 螺旋CT解体膝关节保留胫骨后SSD和VRT三维重建对外科手术前充分了解胫骨平台骨折的情况和合理制定手术方案有重要的指导意义。

Application of spiral CT 3D reconstruction disintegrating knee joint and reserving shin to the platform fracture

Objective To probe into the application of spiral CT 3D reconstruction disintegrating knee joint and reserving shin to the platform fracture. Methods The data from 25 cases with shin platform fracture were collected. The spiral CT was applied to the scan of knee joints to acquire the original axial image, to throw away a knee -cap and bone in the workstation by the joint disintegration technique, and then to adopt the 3D reconstruction of SSD and VRT. Results The spiral CT disintegration knee joint reserving the 3D reconstruction image of shin can keep the view manifestation platform fracture and platform to split open and fall to sink degree. Conclusion The 3D reconstruction of SSD and VRT is of important guiding significance to understanding the shin platform fracture fully and making a reasonable surgical operation project before operation after spiral CT disintegrates knee joint and reserves shin.
