促卵泡成熟激素结合精液细胞学检测探讨无精子症睾丸生精功能的临床研究

摘    要:目的外周血清激素FSH结合精液细胞学检查对无精子症睾丸生精功能的评价,以指导临床对无精子症患者的诊断。方法选择43例无精子症患者,测定外周血清激素FSH水平以及精液细胞学,按FSH值不同分成A、B、C3组,观察各组精液细胞检出率,另外将精液细胞按形态及染色特点分为精原细胞、精母细胞和精子细胞3组,比较组间FSH水平差异有无显著性意义。结果A组精液细胞检出率为0,B组精液细胞检出率为38%,C组精液细胞检出率为60%。三组间精原细胞组与精母细胞组、精子细胞组的FSH的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),精母细胞与精子细胞组间的FSH的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外周血清激素FSH结合精液细胞学检测可反映无精子症睾丸的生精功能。

Abstract:Objective To assessment spermatogenic function of testis of azoospermia by serum FSH combined with semen cytology,and to guide the diagnosis in azoospermatism.Methods FSH combined with semen cytology of 43 azoospermia patients who were divided into A,B,C three groups according to FSH were determined and compared,and the detection rate of semen cytology every group.Results The detection rate of semen cytology of A,B,C respectively was 0,38%,60%.There are significant difference between FSH levels of the group of the spermatogonial cell and that of the group of the spermatocyte and spermoblast(P<0.05),but there are not significant difference between FSH levels of the group of the spermatocyte and spermoblast(P>0.05).Conclusion serum FSH combined with semen cytology can reflect spermatogenic function of testis of azoospermia.
