深圳市龙岗区3465例育龄人群G6PD缺乏症筛查分析

目的:了解深圳市龙岗区葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺乏症的发病情况,为开展产前诊断和优生优育工作提供依据。方法:采用改良G6PD定量比值法对2005年~2009年来我中心进行G6PD缺乏症检测的3 465例育龄对象的全血样本进行G6PD和6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶(6PGD)活性定量检测,并计算G6PD与6PGD的比值。结果:男性受检者G6PD缺乏症检出率为4.8%,女性受检者G6PD缺乏症检出率为3.7%。结论:G6PD缺乏症在本地区有较高发病率,育龄夫妇双方进行G6PD的检测,对优生优育,提高人口素质有重要意义。

Analysis on screening of G6PD deficiency among 3 465 fertile women in Longgang district of Shenzhen city

Objective To find out the incidence of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase（G6PD） deficiency in Longgang district of Shenzhen city,furthermore,it is aimed to provide basis for antenatal diagnose and bearing and rearing better children.Method By reforming the G6PD quantitiative ratio method,detected the whole blood samples which came from 3 465 fertile people who came to our center to have G6PD deficiency detection,what′s more,the active quantitative detection was on G6PD and amylaceum-6-phosphate dehydrogenase（6PGD）.In addition,the writer calculated the ratio between G6PD and 6PGD.Results Male subjects with G6PD deficiency rate was 4.8%,while female subjects with G6PD deficiency rate was 3.7%.Conclusion G6PD deficiency in this region has a higher incidence,so it is important for sound child rearing and the improvement of the population quality.
