152例老年人消化性溃疡胃镜分析

目的:分析老年性消化性溃疡(PU)的发病特点。方法:分析152例老年消化性溃疡患者胃镜报告及相关资料。结果:老年消化性溃疡的检出率为23.14%,男女之比为2.04∶1,胃溃疡(GU)占73.03%,十二指肠溃疡(DU)占26.97%,GU与DU之比为2.07∶1,复合性溃疡占5.92%,多发性溃疡占14.17%。PU的幽门螺杆菌感染率为73.68%。结论:老年消化性溃疡患者男性多于女性,GU多于DU,GU的好发部位是胃体部,DU的好发部位是十二指肠球部前壁。

Analysis on gastrscopic reports in 152 elder patients with peptic ulcer

Objective To get the massaage for pathogenic characteristics of peptic ulcer（PU） in elders.Method The gastrscopic reports of 152 elder patients with peptic ulcer were retrospectively analyzed.Results The detection rate of peptic ulcer in elderly patients was 23.14%,and the ratio of male to female was 2.04∶1.Among them,gastric ulcer occupied 73.03%,duodenal ulcer for 26.97%,and the ratio of gastric ulcer（GU） to duodenal ulcer（DU） was 2.07∶1.For 5.92% of them were complex ulcer,and 14.17% were recurrent ulcer.The infection rate of Helicobactor pylory in PU is 73.68%.Conclusion The incidence of peptic ulcer in elders in males is obviously higher than that in females.The incidence of GU is higher than that of DU.The predilection site of GU is gastric body,the predilection site of DU usually locates on anterior wall of duodenal bulb.
