临床股静脉采血定位方法在新生儿、婴幼儿中的应用研究

目的:探讨新生儿及小儿股静脉穿刺采血新型定位法,提高采血成功率。方法:对344例新生儿及婴幼儿随机分为两组,同时自行设制了股静脉穿刺采血针,试验组184例,根据股静脉在腹股沟横纹处的体表投射点,为股静脉穿刺采血定位点进行穿刺采血。对照组160例,应用常规股静脉采血方法穿刺采血。结果:两组比较,试验组穿刺成功率96%,对照组穿刺成功率48%,经统计学处理:χ2=8.86,P<0.01,差异具有极显著的统计学意义。并探讨了穿刺采血中的注意事项、适应证、禁忌证。结论:新的股静脉穿刺点体表定位法安全可靠,实用便捷,易于推广。

Application of localization method of femoral intravenous injection in neonates and infants

Objective To explore a new localization method of femoral intravenous injection in neonates and infants,and elevate the injection success rate.Method Total 344 neonates and infants were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group（n=184） got intravenous injection in femoral vein according to the femoral vein in the groin at the surface projection point of stripes,and the control group（n=160） got traditional intravenous injection.Results The injection success rate in the experimental group was 96%,and 48% in the control group,the difference was significant（χ2=8.86,P0.01）.Conclusion The new localization method of intravenous injection is safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical application.
