体力活动对妊娠期糖代谢异常孕妇发病的影响

目的:探讨体力活动对妊娠期糖代谢异常孕妇发病的影响。方法:选择进行产前检查确诊妊娠期糖代谢异常孕妇69例(Ⅰ组),及正常孕妇80例(Ⅱ组)为调查对象。调查孕期体重增长情况、运动的时间和频率、家务劳动的时间,将两组进行比较。结果:①两组孕妇的年龄、早期空腹血糖值、孕前体重、体重指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组孕妇的孕期体重增长和50 g GCT比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);②两组孕妇的运动时间、运动频率和家务劳动时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体力活动不足、体重增长过多过快是妊娠期糖代谢异常的相关因素。

Impact of physical activity on onset of glycometabolism disorders in trimester of pregnancy

Objective To explore the impact of physical activity on the onset of glycometabolism disorders in trimester of pregnancy.Method Sixty-nine pregnant women diagnosed of glycometabolism disorders in trimester of pregnancy during antenatal examination were divided into groupⅠ,and 80 cases of normal pregnant women as group Ⅱ.Weight gain during pregnancy,exercise time and frequency and domestic labor time was surveyed,and compared between the two groups.Results ①The age,early fasting glucose,pre-pregnancy weight and body mass index showed no significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）;weight gain during pregnancy and 50 g GCT test between the two groups showed significant difference（P0.05,P0.01）.②The exercise time,exercise frequency and housework time between the two groups showed significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The lack of physical activity,weight gain too much too fast are the related factors to glycometabolism disorders during pregnancy.
