| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性脑血管病合并心血管疾病与单纯心血管疾病住院患者心电图差异的临床意义。方法:对急性脑血管病合并心血管疾病(A组,n=81)及同期心血管疾病(B组,n=59)住院患者的心电图进行比较分析,并对A组心电图异常的影响因素及临床意义进行讨论。结果:两组复极异常及死亡率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心律失常、房室肥大等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:合并心血管疾病的急性脑血管病对心脏的复极过程有一定影响,并可提高死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of ECG difference in patients of cardiovascular disease,and those of acute cerebrovascular disease combined with cardiovascular disease.Method For 81 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease combined with cardiovascular diseases（group A）,59 cases of cardiovascular disease of the same period（group B）,and their ECGs were compared and analyzed,as well as the impacted factors and clinical significance of ECG abnormality in group A were discussed.Results The repolarization abnormality and mortality in the two groups showed significant difference（P0.05）, cardiac arrhythmia,atrio-ventricular hypertrophy showed no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Acute cerebrovascular disease complicated by cardiovascular disease can have a certain influence on heart repolarization process,and increase the mortality. |
