小儿先天性后鼻孔闭锁经鼻内窥镜手术的护理

目的:探讨小儿先天性后鼻孔闭锁经鼻内窥镜手术围手术期护理的难点和重点。方法:总结13例先天性后鼻孔闭锁患儿的护理体会,针对患儿年龄小和配合能力差等特点,分析如何通过有效的护理防止术后并发症的发生。结果:本组中12例患儿术后恢复良好,未发生并发症,1例患儿由于家长护理疏忽导致导管脱出而再次手术。结论:注意保持扩张管的通畅和固定,防止由于小儿自身原因导致扩张管的移位和脱出,及其所引发的鼻腔及其周围组织结构的损伤,同时对患儿及其家长进行健康教育和出院指导,均是保证手术成功很重要的几个因素。

Nursing of congenital choanal atresia under nasendoscopic surgery in children

Objective To sum up nursing experiences around operation of congenital choanal atresia with nasendoscop.Method Summarizing with the nursing experiences of 13 children with congenital choanal atresia in our department.In connection with the characteristics of children who are young and have poor coordination ability to analyze,how to prevent complications after surgery through effective nursing.Results In this group,12 patients recovered well after operation,without complications,one child re-operated because of the parents′ negligence which led to the catheter coming off.Conclusion Keep the diffuser unimpeded and fixed,and to prevent the diffuser′s displacement and prolapse caused by children′s own reasons,and that leads to the damage of nasal cavity and surrounding tissue,meanwhile,give children and their parents health education and discharge guidance,all of these are the important factors to ensure the operation success.
