PICC置管在化疗中存在的相关危险因素分析及预防

目的:探讨PICC置管在化疗中存在的相关危险因素,为PICC导管的维护和并发症的预防提供依据。方法:选择吉林省肿瘤医院内四科130例留置PICC导管的患者作为研究对象,并对PICC置管在化疗中存在的相关危险因素进行分析。结果:减少了PICC置管在化疗中存在的相关危险因素,提高了患者对PICC置管技术的满意度,降低了并发症,保障了患者的安全。结论:PICC置管的不断普及为肿瘤患者化疗提供了一个可靠的静脉输液通道,减少了化疗不良反应,但并发症也随之增多,通过PICC置管在化疗中存在的相关危险因素的分析研究,减少了并发症的发生,提高了患者对PICC置管的信任。

Analysis and prevention of related risk factors of PICC in chemotherapy

Objective To discuss the related risk factors of PICC in the chemotherapy.Method Total 130 cases with PICC were involved,and the related risk factors of PICC in the chemotherapy were analyzed.Results The related risk factors of PICC in the chemotherapy was decreased,the satisfaction of patients for PICC technique was elevated,and the complications were fewer.Conclusion PICC provides a reliable venous transfusion path for tumor patients,decreases the side effects of chemotherapy.With the analysis of the related risk factors of PICC,the complications are reduced,and the patients have more confidence for PICC.
